Debcor is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP BTP Integration Suite Specialist with deep hands-on expertise in designing, building, and optimizing iFlows . In this permanent, remote role, you will serve as our core developer driving end-to-end enterprise integration projects on SAP BTP Cloud Integration (CPI) .

Because this position involves direct daily collaboration with US-based clients , excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory. You must be comfortable translating business needs into technical architectures and leading technical discussions directly with client teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End iFlow Development: Architect, build, test, and deploy complex, high-performance iFlows within SAP BTP Integration Suite .
- Advanced Scripting & Mapping: Write custom Groovy scripts and JavaScript to handle complex payload transformations, custom logging, and advanced business logic inside iFlows.
- Pattern Implementation: Configure advanced iFlow step components, including Content Modifiers, Routers, Splitters, Aggregators, Request-Reply steps, Multicasts, and Exception Sub-Processes.
- Adapter & Security Management: Configure and maintain diverse adapter protocols (HTTPS, OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, SFTP, ProcessDirect, AMQP) using OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL/TLS, and KeyStore certificates.
- US Client Collaboration:



Serve as the technical lead on client calls—gathering requirements, explaining technical solution designs, and running joint troubleshooting sessions.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor message processing logs, perform payload tracing, and optimize iFlow performance to prevent bottlenecks.

? Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of continuous, hands-on development experience focused heavily on SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) .
- iFlow Mastery: Proven track record of designing and building complex end-to-end iFlows from scratch for enterprise environments.
- Scripting Skills: Strong, practical proficiency in Groovy Scripting and XSLT / Graphical Mapping inside Integration Suite.
- Communication: Fluent, near-native spoken English with proven experience working directly with US/North American stakeholders.
- System Integration: Solid experience connecting SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, C/4HANA) with non-SAP cloud and on-premise applications.
