Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer with 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, system integrations, and Lightning technologies, along with hands-on experience delivering solutions for the logistics and supply chain industry. The candidate will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL

- Customize and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business processes.
- Build reusable and maintainable Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices.
- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, SAP, and third-party logistics platforms using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
- Develop asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
- Implement business automation using Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and other declarative features.
- Participate in technical solution design and recommend scalable architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Optimize application performance by following governor limits, security standards, and coding best practices.




- Develop reports and dashboards to provide operational insights and support business decision-making.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and deployment across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.

Required Skills • 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, WMS, TMS, or other business-critical systems.
- Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar integration tools.
- Experience with Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services, and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Salesforce DX, Git, VS Code, and CI/CD deployment tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.





Logistics Domain

Experience • Good understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management processes.

- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions supporting order lifecycle management, shipment tracking, warehouse operations, inventory visibility, carrier management, customer service, or freight operations.
- Familiarity with integrations involving ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and customer portals.
- Understanding of business processes related to dispatch planning, delivery management, customer onboarding, and logistics reporting is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Salesforce Integration Architect, Application Architect, or JavaScript Developer certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or similar enterprise integration platform
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. Soft Skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
