Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee integration of Salesforce with external systems using APIs,



middleware, and ETL tools.
- Manage code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.

- Guide and mentor developers, administrators, and junior team members.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Required Skills & Competencie s

- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, flow s
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
