Role Overview:
As a Senior Salesforce B2B Developer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for architecting and implementing complex e-commerce solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate intricate business needs into robust, scalable technical designs. Your work will directly influence the digital commerce experience for our clients, ensuring high availability, seamless integration, and optimal performance of their B2B storefronts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable B2B Commerce solutions to meet specific client requirements and business objectives.
- Architect complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party ERP, CRM,
or payment gateway systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Optimize existing Salesforce environments by refactoring code and improving system performance to enhance user experience.
- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in Apex and LWC development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity for end-users.
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to provide technical estimates and roadmap planning for ongoing development cycles.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining complex Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, including the creation of triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs.
- Strong ability to build responsive and modular user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end development lifecycles in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work seamlessly in a hybrid model across our Hyderabad or Gurgaon/Gurugram offices.
- Minimum of 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
