Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will serve as a technical cornerstone within our engineering team, architecting and delivering high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional product managers, business analysts, and global stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust technical designs.

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on development, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring that our Salesforce ecosystem remains agile and efficient.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement sophisticated custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components to solve complex business challenges for our global clients.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from technical requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring all solutions align with industry best practices and security standards.
- Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and codebases to improve system performance, scalability, and user adoption rates.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical architects to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members to foster a culture of high-quality engineering and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, responsive user interfaces using the Lightning Component Framework and Salesforce LWC.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient Apex code, including triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing multiple project streams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Professional experience working in a hybrid or distributed team model across locations like Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bangalore, maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of Salesforce architectural patterns and data modeling.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs and emerging Salesforce technologies, ensuring our technical stack remains at the cutting edge.
