Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and strategic sales for a leading manufacturer of precision automotive components. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in B2B engineering sales, strong relationships with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, and a proven track record of acquiring current business and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers across Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial manufacturing companies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, RFQ management, quotation submission, commercial negotiations, and order closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Procurement, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management teams.
- Drive business for Fine Blanking Components, Precision Stamping, Sheet Metal Components, Machined Components, Tooling, and Value-Added Assemblies.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in technical discussions related to product development, manufacturing feasibility, and value engineering.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead pricing negotiations, annual contracts, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare sales forecasts,



pipeline reports, business plans, and management presentations.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through proactive account management and timely support.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales within Automotive Components, Precision Engineering, or Metal Manufacturing.
- Strong experience selling one or more of the following:

- Fine Blanking Components

- Precision Metal Stamping

- Sheet Metal Components

- Machined Components
- Tooling & Dies

- Precision Engineering Products
- Strong exposure to Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
- Experience handling long sales cycles and complex technical sales.
- Hands-on experience with RFQ management, costing, quotations, commercial negotiations, APQP, and PPAP.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in export business development will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently handling key customer accounts.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Industry Background Candidates from Automotive Components, Precision Engineering, Metal Stamping, Fine Blanking, Machining, Tool Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, or Engineering Products companies will be preferred.
