Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, healthcare, education, and sports infrastructure sectors.

- Promote wooden flooring, acoustic wall and ceiling solutions, and indoor/outdoor sports flooring products.

- Meet architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, builders, project management consultants (PMCs), and end clients to generate enquiries and specifications.

- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, technical specifications, and perks.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.

- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and pending orders to convert opportunities into sales.

- Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams for timely delivery and installation.

- Monitor project progress and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.





- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

- Conduct market research to identify new projects, competitors, pricing trends, and business opportunities.

- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and product demonstrations.

Required Skills

- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of wooden flooring, acoustic products, sports flooring, or other interior/building materials is preferred.

- Ability to read architectural drawings and project specifications is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
