Experience  10–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales  Age Preference: 35–40 years  Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Automobile, Industrial Products, FMCG, Real Estate, Banking, or Franchise Development will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.  Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, channel partners, and franchise networks.  Lead end-to-end sales discussions and negotiations with prospective clients.  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business associates.  Coordinate with internal departments for seamless project execution.  Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business presentations for management.  Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies.  Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
