Role & responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, engage in cold calling and relationship building.

- Own the complete customer journey from the first interaction to successful closure.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with Interior Designers.

- Drive alternate sales channels through residence visits, apartment activities, show flats, and other on-ground initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Identify customer needs and provide suitable interior solutions.

- Take ownership of customer concerns and proactively resolve issues.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, business partners, and vendors.

- Adapt to new initiatives and contribute to process improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in B2C, retail, real estate, home interiors,



or related industries.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, deal closure and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build customer relationships and close sales effectively.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.

- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
