Client Relationship Management
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and IT heads. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, map client requirements to suitable ICT solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction with smooth post-sales handover to the delivery team.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Maintain CRM records of customer interactions, pipeline, and sales activities. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly forecasts and reports to management. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support sales strategy.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
