Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving technical sales and supporting customers across Pneumax’s product portfolio. This role involves identifying and nurturing business opportunities, conducting customer visits, preparing proposals, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations.

The Senior Sales

Engineer will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, assist customers with product selection and system integration, and coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution. Day-to-day activities include managing key accounts,



responding to inquiries, resolving technical issues, tracking sales performance, and contributing to sales strategies and market development initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales Engineering and technical solution selling for industrial automation or related domains.

Experience in technical support, including troubleshooting, application guidance, and product integration assistance.

Demonstrated ability in Sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Customer Service and relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness and long-term partnerships.

Effective Communication skills, including clear technical explanation and confident presentation to varied audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.

Background in pneumatics, fluid power, or industrial automation products is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for sales reporting and planning.

Ability to work in office in Noida, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
