Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The person in this role will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their mobility needs, and recommend suitable Mercedes-Benz vehicles from the available portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting showroom walk-throughs, explaining vehicle features and technology, preparing and presenting quotations, and guiding customers through the test drive and purchase process.

The Sales

Consultant will manage leads, follow up with customers,



coordinate with finance and insurance partners, and ensure timely completion of documentation and delivery. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, supporting promotional events, and consistently providing a high level of customer service to drive sales and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Strong sales-focused skills, including Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Customer-oriented skills, such as Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a seamless buying experience.

Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.

Proven experience in automotive sales or premium retail is preferred, ideally with luxury brands.

Ability to work on-site, including weekends and holidays as required, and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Comfort with basic digital tools, CRM systems, and lead management platforms.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
