Role Description The Senior Sales Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves managing daily sales coordination activities, including tracking orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The Senior Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and facilitating smooth communication between customers, internal departments, and external partners.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales operations, following up on pending orders and payments, preparing regular sales reports, and helping optimize processes to achieve sales targets. The role also requires maintaining a high standard of customer service, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to effective sales planning and execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills.




- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Sales processes and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office , CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
- Relevant experience in a sales coordination or similar role, preferably in a product-based company, is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a customer-focused approach is essential.
