Roles & Responsibilitie**

- s:Review commercial real estate (CRE) contracts and Master Service Agreements to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance wit h US GAAP (ASC 606) and IFRS 1
- 5.Process and reconcile billing transactions in th e Revenue Management System (RM S), investigate discrepancies, and monitor contingency-based revenue events such as occupancy and second-half billing
- s.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annua l revenue accounting repor ts, perform cash reconciliations, payment accounting, financial analysis, and support reporting requirement
