Knowledge & Characteristics Solid understanding of customized market research methodologies, including Brand Health Tracking, CSAT, U&A;, and B2B research
Familiarity with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and end-to-end project lifecycle for adhoc studies
Ability to interpret consumer and business insights beyond FMCG, with exposure to sectors such as Automotive, EV, Industrial, or B2B domains preferred
Highly analytical with a storytelling mindset—able to convert data into clear, compelling narratives for clients
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous project environments
Strong ownership and accountability with a client-centric and consultative approach
Skills & Abilities Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with strong command of MS word, PPT and Excel SPSS,
Experience in survey design, data processing coordination, and insight generation for adhoc studies
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex findings into actionable recommendations
Effective client and stakeholder management, including handling multiple projects and tight timelines
Solid project management skills—planning, execution, and quality control across research stages
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in client presentation Qualifications Bachelor’s and MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Engineering background will be added advantage
3–6 years of experience in custom market research, preferably handling Brand Health, CSAT, U&A;, and B2B studies.
Experience in market sizing will be added advantage
Experience working with mainly Indian / MNC clients, global or multi-market clients and managing end-to-end research projects is preferred
