Desired Profile The ideal candidate should: Ph.D in relevant field with
- Demonstrate the ability to independently conceptualize, plan, and execute research projects.
- Have experience working collaboratively with academic institutions, industries, and multidisciplinary research teams.
- Possess exposure to government research laboratories and testing facilities, with the ability to establish collaborations for material characterization, validation, and technology development.
- Have a strong research record, problem-solving ability, and a passion for translating scientific ideas into practical solutions.
