Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions across various industries.
- Source top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for each role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the application process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful senior-level hires in BFSI industry (preferably).
- Robust understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
