Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter role based in Mumbai.

The Senior

Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting talent across advisory, consulting, and accounting functions. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and developing effective hiring strategies.

Recruiter will manage relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms, maintain talent pipelines,



and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also includes supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining accurate recruitment data and dashboards, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines, including proactive outreach and market mapping.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on candidate experience.
- Experience hiring for professional services, consulting, or financial services firms is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of local employment practices and compliance requirements in India.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple mandates and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and uphold inclusive hiring practices.
