Key Responsibilities

- As per requirement Posting job vacancies on multiple job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

- Sourcing suitable candidates through job portals and conducting mass mail communication.

- Screening and shortlisting candidate resumes.

- Conducting telephonic and online interviews.

- Maintaining and updating the interview tracker.

- Coordinating and scheduling face-to-face interviews.

- Checking and evaluating aptitude test papers of candidates.

- Verifying all documents submitted by interviewees.

- Coordinating with Heads of Departments (HODs) for technical interview rounds.

- Preparing salary structures for selected candidates.

- Handling salary negotiations with candidates.

- Issuing and sending offer letters to selected candidates.

Onboarding Responsibilities

- Managing the onboarding process and documentation of recent joiners.





- Arranging HR induction training.

- Coordinating with the Safety Team for safety training.

- Completing departmental handover formalities for new employees.

HR Administration

- Collecting all required documents from new joiners for preparing appointment letters.

- Releasing appointment letters to new employees.

- Preparing and Maintaining WRM reports.

- Communicating and coordinating with ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech colleges for recruitment activities and attend campus drive .

- Employee Relations & Compliance

- Handling employee relations and employee engagement activities.

- Conducting exit formalities for employees leaving the organization.
