Role Description The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring for multiple business functions, including workforce planning, role scoping, sourcing strategy, interview coordination, and offer management. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs, designing effective sourcing channels, screening and evaluating candidates, and managing stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process. The role also involves owning recruitment metrics, improving talent acquisition processes, maintaining a strong candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and occasional participation in hiring drives, events, and campus outreach.

Qualifications

Robust end-to-end recruitment experience (3–8 years) in corporate or consulting environments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Proficiency in talent sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems, and professional networks.

Ability to partner with stakeholders for workforce planning, role definition, and alignment of hiring strategies with business goals.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, with a focus on candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics, generate insights, and improve hiring processes.

Experience hiring for HR, finance, and consulting roles is an advantage; prior exposure to fast-growing or transformation-focused organizations is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field; relevant HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.

Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and operate in a energetic, high-accountability environment.
