Role Description The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing BOQs, conducting detailed cost analysis, monitoring project expenditures, and producing regular cost reports. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide value engineering solutions and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

The Senior Quantity

Surveyor will also review team outputs,



implement quality checks, and support continuous improvement in estimation processes.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management, ensuring budgets are maintained and optimized.
- Experience in preparing and managing BOQs, along with a strong understanding of detailed measurements and quantities.
- Experience Quantity take offs in Interior Fitouts and Shop floor fitting
- Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to accurately forecast project finances and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with project teams and clients.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices, particularly in Fitouts and MEP.
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in similar roles, especially in the construction or consultancy domain, is an advantage.

- 5 years of work experience with Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
