- Prepare and maintain Master Quantity Take-Off (QTO) for the project

- Review and track Daily Labour Report (DLR) and Daily Progress Report (DPR)

- Prepare and process labour bills for the project

- Perform labour bill reconciliation and verify accuracy

- Handle material reconciliation and track consumption

- Maintain and update labour advance reports

- Prepare labour payment reports

- Generate and maintain MIS reports, including:

- S1–S11 reports

- Monthly milestone reports

- Invoice projections

- Progress photos

- Quality tracking points

- Coordinate with site team, accounts, and project managers for data accuracy

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off and billing processes

- Good understanding of construction costing and reconciliation

- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)

- Attention to detail and analytical skills

- Valuable coordination and reporting skills

- Years of experience - 8 Years

- Qualification - B.E Civil
