Role Description The Senior Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end quality management across garment production. The role includes developing and implementing quality standards, procedures, and guidelines aligned with customer specifications and international compliance requirements.

The Senior Quality

Manager will lead quality control teams, conduct audits and inspections, monitor defect rates, and drive corrective and preventive actions. This position collaborates closely with production, sourcing, merchandising, and design teams to ensure consistent product quality, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction. The role also involves training team members on quality best practices, preparing reports and dashboards for leadership,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all facilities.

Qualifications

Robust background in quality management within apparel or garment manufacturing, including experience with quality control, assurance, and compliance frameworks.

Familiarity with ISO standards (such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and other relevant industry regulations, with the ability to implement and maintain quality and safety systems.

Experience in developing and improving quality processes, conducting root cause analysis, and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of quality tools (e.g., control plans, checklists, inspection protocols, statistical quality methods).

Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers or auditors.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Quality Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are an advantage.

Hands-on experience in garment production processes, fabric and trim inspection, and fit/finish standards is highly beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Noida and visit other facilities as needed, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
