Are you passionate about building high-quality software through automation and AI-driven testing? We're looking for a Senior Associate – QA Engineer to join our technology team and drive quality across innovative customer engagement and loyalty platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance for web applications and loyalty solutions.
- Design and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Leverage AI tools to generate test cases, improve test coverage, and accelerate QA processes.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.
- Validate application performance, data integrity, and business-critical workflows.
- Identify edge cases early by collaborating with product and development teams.
- Conduct performance testing and support release readiness decisions.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of QA experience with strong automation expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, or Postman.
- Positive knowledge of Java/JavaScript, SQL, CI/CD, and performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and modern QA practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
