About The Role As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in the software development lifecycle, ensuring that product quality meets business and customer expectations. You will design, implement, and execute testing processes, helping to build a reliable and high-quality software product.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, and Pytest.

Lead the automation of functional, regression, and performance test cases to improve efficiency.

Mentor junior QA team members on best practices, troubleshooting, and automation strategies.

Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Conduct root-cause analysis on critical defects and drive initiatives to improve testing coverage.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging automation technologies.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in QA with expertise in test automation.

Proficiency in automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium, TestNG, Pytest, and JUnit.

Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills.
