Job Title: Senior QA/QC Coordinator Third Party Inspection (TPI)

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate QA/QC inspection activities for Third Party Inspection (TPI) projects across multiple industries.

- Plan and allocate inspectors based on project requirements, client specifications, and inspector competency.

- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and inspection teams to ensure timely execution of inspection activities.

- Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, WPS/PQR, material certificates (MTCs), NDT reports, and other quality documents.

- Monitor and manage vendor, supplier, and subcontractor inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.

- Review and approve inspection reports, NCRs, technical documentation, and final quality dossiers.





- Act as the primary escalation point for inspection-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO, EN, NACE, PED, and client specifications.

- Maintain inspection records and documentation using QA/QC management systems.

- Support tender submissions by reviewing inspection scope, manpower requirements, and project schedules.

- Mentor and guide QA/QC Coordinators and Inspectors to enhance technical competency and performance.

- Liaise with global clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
