· The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services required for company operations. The role ensures timely procurement at optimal cost, quality, and delivery terms while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and compliance with company policies.

Qualification & Experience.

- Should have experience in multi-segment technical purchasing (Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Hydraulic, Pneumatic).
- Team-handling experience is preferred.
- Should have a strong vendor database.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings




- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Finance, and Stores
- Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternatives
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
