We're looking for a senior, self-directed Python developer with experience in the CTV/media agency space to join as an extension of our existing team - someone who can own features end-to-end, work comfortably with modern AI-assisted ("vibe" and spec-driven agentic)

development workflows.

:

- Design, build, and maintain internal and client-facing applications and tools requested by stakeholders (reporting dashboards, workflow automation, data tooling, etc.)
- Work directly alongside our existing developer and leadership to prioritize and scope multi-phase projects
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a core part of your daily workflow - writing specs/prompts, reviewing and refining AI-generated code, and iterating quickly
- Build and maintain data pipelines feeding into our ClickHouse data lake for analytics and observability
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for application data
- Participate in architecture decisions with a bias toward pragmatic, maintainable solutions over premature scale

Required Skills:





- 8+ years of professional Python development experience (backend/API-focused FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
- Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization, migrations)
- Prior experience working with a CTV or media agency, including familiarity with media/ad-tech data (viewership, ad delivery, impressions)
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants as part of a real production workflow - not just casual/personal use
- Comfort working independently with light oversight, including scoping ambiguous stakeholder requests into explicit technical plans
- Working experience in prior IT services company
- Strong written communication - most collaboration will happen a sync across time zones

Nice to have:

- Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases
- ETL/data pipeline experience connecting transactional (Postgres) and analytical (ClickHouse) systems
- Experience working as an offshorer with US-based teams
