Role Description The Senior Public Relations Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that elevate clients’ personal brands across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day activities include drafting and distributing press releases, managing media outreach, cultivating relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinating interviews or features.

The specialist will also oversee strategic communications planning, support crisis communication needs, and ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging. Collaboration with internal teams on campaign concepts, content development,



and performance reporting is essential.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills to manage client visibility and engagement.

Candidates should possess expertise in Press Releases and Strategic Communications to craft clear, impactful messaging and campaigns.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, with attention to detail and clarity.

Candidates should possess experience in B2B or personal branding environments, with the ability to translate complex offerings into compelling narratives.

Candidates should possess the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with media, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

2 years of experience

Experience in a PR agency or similar role, and familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and measurement tools, is highly beneficial.
