Role Description The Senior Project Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end management of immigration-related projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

The Senior Project

Manager will coordinate with consultants, clients, and external partners, manage documentation workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant immigration and internal quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include allocating resources, tracking project milestones, resolving operational issues,



and providing clear guidance and reporting to leadership. The role also involves improving project processes, mentoring team members, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance client experience and service efficiency.

Qualifications

Solid project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to oversee complex immigration service workflows.

Experience in Expeditor and Inspection functions to monitor progress, verify documentation accuracy, and ensure adherence to standards.

Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate timelines, resource allocation, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an asset.

Experience in immigration, consulting, or professional services environments is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practices.
