Cembond Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead some of India’s most challenging structural rehabilitation and strengthening projects. If you have a passion for solving complex structural problems and can independently manage multiple high-value projects, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities ✔ Independently manage multiple project sites simultaneously.

✔ Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.

✔ Build, lead, and mentor project teams.

✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, and government departments.

✔ Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance.

✔ Handle project planning, billing, procurement coordination, documentation, and reporting.

✔ Prepare method statements, technical submissions, progress reports, and client correspondence.





✔ Resolve technical and site execution challenges efficiently.

Required

Experience

10+ ye a rs in Civil Engineering project execution.

Robust experience in Structural Rehabilitation & Retrofitting projects.

Hands-o n knowledge of:

CFR

P/FRP strengthening systems FRC

M systems Mic ro Concrete Jacketing Pol ymer Modified Mortars (PMM) Epo xy & PU Injection Str uctural Crack Repairs Cor rosion Protection Systems Pro tective Coatings Con crete Repair & Strengthening Techniques* Ability to independently handle multiple sites.

Strong leadership, client coordination, and communication skills.

Excelle nt email drafting and documentation abilities.

- Willing ness to travel across project locations.
