Role Description The Senior Project Manager for Canada opportunities is a full time, on-site role based in Canada. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery related to Canada immigration and visa consulting services, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones.

The Senior Project

Manager coordinates with consultants, expeditors, inspection teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant processing of client applications. Daily responsibilities include managing project documentation, resolving operational issues, optimizing workflows, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, implementing best practices,



and supporting continuous improvement in service quality and client experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including experience with planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of tasks, follow up on pending activities, and ensure adherence to project schedules.

Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate quality checks, verify documentation accuracy, and ensure compliance with immigration and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle coordination with external partners, manage document flow, and oversee operational aspects of client case handling.

Proven experience in managing complex service-based projects, ideally in immigration, legal, consulting, or related domains.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and external agencies.

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
