We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Executive to join our Projects Team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and timely completion of interior fit-out and furniture projects.

The role involves close coordination with clients, architects, designers, vendors, suppliers, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks, track project progress, resolve execution-related issues, and ensure that projects are delivered as per approved timelines, quality standards, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

Coordinate project execution from planning through completion and handover.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments for smooth execution.

Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and consultants on project requirements and updates.

Follow up on approvals,



drawings, samples, finishes, and other project deliverables.

Attend project meetings and communicate updates and action points to the concerned teams.

Material & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, vendors, suppliers, and warehouse teams for timely material availability and delivery.

Track material requirements and follow up on orders, dispatches, and site deliveries.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project trackers, BOQs, work orders, and other project-related documentation.

Prepare regular project progress reports and status updates.

Track project timelines, pending activities, approvals, and deliverables.

Quality & Handover

Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor site progress and highlight delays or execution issues.

Support the team in completing project handover and closure activities.

Candidate

Profile

2+ years of experience in project coordination, project execution, interior fit-out, furniture, or related industries.

Experience in handling commercial interior projects or workplace projects will be preferred.

Good understanding of project execution and coordination processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good follow-up and organizational abilities.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
