About DIMENSIONS

DIMENSIONS is a growing Construction & Interior firm delivering residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a senior leader to oversee projects from planning to handover.

Job Purpose

To lead and coordinate all construction and interior projects end-to-end. The Senior Project Coordinator will manage office administration, site operations, design team, procurement, vendors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Site Coordination

- Plan, schedule, and monitor multiple construction/interior projects simultaneously
- Conduct daily/weekly site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress as per 2D/3D drawings
- Coordinate between designers, site engineers, clients, and vendors
- Resolve site issues and ensure zero rework

2. Office Administration

- Oversee office operations, documentation, and project files
- Ensure SOPs are followed for quotations, agreements, invoicing, and payments
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management
- Lead and mentor junior staff, admin, and site team

3. Procurement & Vendor Management

- Manage procurement of materials, furniture, and finishes
- Collect quotations, negotiate rates,



and issue POs with cost control
- Maintain vendor database and ensure timely material delivery to site
- Approve bills and track project budgets vs actuals

4. Client & Quality Management

- Be the main point of contact for key clients
- Conduct client meetings, present updates, and handle feedback
- Ensure final QC, snag closure, and smooth project handover
- Maintain DIMENSIONS quality and brand standards

Requirements

- 15+ Years experience in Construction / Interior Project Coordination
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end residential and commercial projects
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, BOQ, billing, and site operations
- Talented in Office Administration, Site Coordination, and Procurement
- Proficiency in reading 2D/3D drawings, AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
