Role Description The Senior Project Architect will lead the architectural design and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring functional, compliant, and efficient facility layouts. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, involves coordinating project requirements, developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and managing submittals in collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and clients.

Architect will oversee design documentation, review construction details, and support the integration of sustainable and technology-driven solutions, including BIM and LEED-aligned practices. The role also includes monitoring project progress,



addressing design-related issues during construction, and maintaining alignment with quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including conceptual design, healthcare space planning, and detailed construction documentation.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including coordination with stakeholders, scheduling, and overseeing design deliverables and approvals.

Candidates should possess Submittals-related skills, including preparing, reviewing, and tracking design and construction submittals for compliance and quality.

Candidates should possess proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to develop coordinated models and support multidisciplinary collaboration.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or equivalent green building standards to support sustainable design practices.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; qualified licensure/registration is preferred.

Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare facility design, with the ability to interpret codes and regulatory requirements.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.

Proficiency in CAD and visualization software; attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety in built environments.
