**Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Salesforce Delivery & Client Success

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Role Overview

Dotts is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead Salesforce and technology initiatives, drive delivery excellence, manage client relationships, and mentor project managers. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence decisions and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple Salesforce and technology programs from planning through successful delivery
- Mentor and guide Project Managers and delivery teams




- Manage client relationships and executive stakeholders
- Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and delivery excellence
- Handle project and client escalations effectively
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive reviews
- Support project proposals, client presentations, and business discussions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes

Requirements

- 8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and influencing abilities
- Ability to build trust, manage expectations, and navigate complex situations tactfully
- Experience handling project escalations and delivery challenges
- Salesforce project experience preferred
