Role Description The Senior Project Architect will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and execution. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves managing project timelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing design standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and sustainability requirements.

Architect will review and prepare submittals, guide the effective use of BIM tools, and support LEED or other green building objectives where applicable.



Daily responsibilities include client and stakeholder coordination, design reviews, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.

Qualifications Architectural design and technical skills, including strong proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Experience managing Submittals, construction documentation, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Proven Project Management capabilities, including scheduling, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

Knowledge of sustainability standards such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or equivalent green building frameworks.

Skilled degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution; skilled licensure or registration is preferred.

Several years of experience in an architectural leadership role, ideally on mid- to large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide project teams.

Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modeling tools) and familiarity with local building regulations.
