Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production operations and achieve daily production targets.

- Oversee processing of fish, buffalo meat, and other frozen food products.

- Plan production schedules and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.

- Monitor production costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.

- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.

- Maintain production reports, inventory records, and operational documentation.

- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve productivity and quality goals.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

- Excellent Team Management and leadership abilities.

- Expertise in seafood and meat processing operations.





- Production planning and capacity management.

- Inventory and raw material control.

- Knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, ISO 22000).

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

- ERP/MRP knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Fisheries, Meat Technology, Production Engineering, or a related field.

- 10–15 years of experience in seafood, meat processing, or frozen food manufacturing.

- Proven experience in handling large production teams and factory operations.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹70,000 per month
