About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Trainer to lead and elevate how Capillary Technologies' teams and clients understand and adopt our products. In this role, you'll combine deep product knowledge with strong instructional design expertise to create scalable, high-impact learning experiences across our portfolio — including Loyalty+, Engage+, Insights+, and the Capillary Data Platform. You'll work closely with product, pre-sales, customer success, and leadership teams to build a learning ecosystem that drives product adoption and customer success globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and own end-to-end training programs for internal teams (sales, CS, support) and external stakeholders (clients, partners) across Capillary's SaaS product suite.

- Lead live training sessions (virtual and in-person), product walkthroughs, and certification workshops for diverse audiences — from technical teams to business users.

- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of training assets: e-learning modules, video tutorials, user guides, interactive simulations, and knowledge base articles.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to deeply understand new features, product releases, and roadmap changes — and translate these into timely, accurate learning content.

- Drive the LMS strategy: manage course catalogues, learner journeys, and reporting on the organization's Learning Management System (e.g., Docebo or equivalent).

- Define and track learning metrics (completion rates, assessment scores, product adoption indicators) and use data to continuously refine training effectiveness.

- Lead needs assessments and training gap analyses across customer segments and internal teams to prioritize the right learning investments.

- Mentor and guide junior trainers or content contributors, setting quality standards for instructional design and delivery.

- Partner with the pre-sales and solutions teams to build product demo narratives and enablement content that supports revenue growth.

- Support new hire onboarding by establishing structured product learning paths that ramp up teams quickly and confidently.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- 5–8 years of experience in product training, learning & development, or instructional design — ideally within a SaaS or enterprise technology company.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for complex software products with measurable impact on adoption or performance.

- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Docebo, Thought Industries, Cornerstone, or similar) — including administration, reporting, and learner management.

- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or equivalent.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

experience creating content for global,

multicultural audiences.

Preferred Skills

- Background in or strong working knowledge of loyalty, CRM, marketing technology, or retail-tech domains — a significant advantage.

- Experience in edtech product companies or learning platform environments, with an understanding of how learners engage with digital products.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority — comfortable interfacing with product, engineering, sales, and C-suite stakeholders.

- Data-driven mindset: ability to design assessments, interpret training analytics, and translate insights into action.

- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and blended learning frameworks.

- Experience supporting global customer onboarding or partner enablement programs.

- Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple concurrent training initiatives and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Why Join Us?

- Own and shape the product learning experience for a globally growing SaaS company with customers across 30+ countries.

- Work directly with product and leadership teams, with visibility into product strategy and roadmap decisions.

- Collaborative, high-ownership culture with room to build programs from the ground up — not just execute on templates.

- Access to cutting-edge training tools, platforms, and a learning-first environment that invests in your own growth.

- Opportunity to grow into a training leadership or L&D; lead role as the team scales.

If you're a seasoned trainer who thinks like a product person — someone who loves turning complex software into clear, compelling learning journeys — we'd love to meet you.
