About the Role:

Zinnov is hiring for the role of Professional, Privacy by Design & Audits on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company a company where technology sits at the centre of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care. This role is part of the companys establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

The position works closely with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. It is suited for professionals with robust privacy, audit, and risk management experience who can contribute to secure and compliant technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Privacy by Design governance across products, platforms, AI, and business initiatives.
- Conduct privacy risk assessments and drive remediation of regulatory and control gaps
- Ensure compliance with global privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements
- Lead audit readiness, control assurance, and regulatory examination support.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, IT, and Engineering to embed privacy controls by design.
- Oversee privacy reviews for third parties, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
- Develop privacy policies, standards, metrics, and executive reporting.

• Drive continuous improvement of privacy governance, compliance, and control maturity. Qualifications.

Preferred candidate profile





- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, privacy, IT risk, audit support, or data protection roles, aligned to a Professional (P4) analyst level.

- Advanced knowledge of information security controls, privacy principles, data protection concepts, and audit support processes.
- Ability to support control reviews, data integrity checks, and compliance documentation activities.
- Ability to understand business processes and assess how privacy and security requirements impact technology and operations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrates accountability, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn while working under little supervision.

Additional Information

- Language: English proficiency required; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Travel: Limited domestic or international travel may be required, typically less than 10%.
