We're Hiring: Senior Product Owner | Shyro Health
Shyro's first product is live — AI-guided, therapist-backed mental wellness support for modern workplaces. Now we're looking for a Senior Product Owner (5+ yrs) to help scale it — on-site in Mumbai.
What you'll do:
- Own the product roadmap for a live product — balancing prioritisation based on usage data and member feedback with building new features and exploring new product lines.
- Partner directly with engineering to ship features that deepen engagement, retention, and outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with design, clinical experts, and leadership to identify what to double down on next
- Use data and research to find and close the biggest gaps between where the product is and where it needs to be
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in Product Management/Ownership, ideally with experience taking a live product from early traction to scale
- Healthtech preferred; mental wellness domain a solid plus
- A track record of shipping features that moved real growth/retention metrics — not just launched features
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable in the weeds with engineering
- Based in or open to relocating to Mumbai
