: Senior Product Manager

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

- Own the roadmap and execution for one of our key product pods
- Lead a small pod of designers, engineers, analysts, and operations stakeholders to ship high impact products
- Mentor 1–2 APMs or PMs and help shape them into future leaders
- Define, track, and improve product KPIs aligned to business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply, operations, business, and engineering
- Write crisp product specs, ruthlessly prioritize, and deliver outcomes—not just outputs
- Navigate ambiguity and own the “zero-to-one” as well as “one-to-ten” journey of a product

What We’re Looking For

- 3 years of total experience with at least 2 years in product management
- Proven ability to independently drive product development from ideation to launch
- Strong grasp of user research, data analytics, and systems thinking
- Experience mentoring or managing junior PMs
- Robust written and verbal communication, you write tight PRDs and align stakeholders effortlessly
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Bonus: experience in mobility, energy, supply chain, or fintech/embedded ops
