About this role:

The client is a profitable fintech company based in Indore. They work in retail investing and trading. Small product team. Company name will be shared after the screening call.

The role: Senior Product Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. We want someone who has owned results end to end - understands funnels, talks to users regularly and uses these products in their own life.

What you'll do:

- Own one revenue-linked part of the product fully. Problem framing, instrumentation, A/B testing, and the retention work after launch.
- Break user journeys into funnels. Find where users drop off in activation, retention and monetisation. Fix it and show the impact in numbers.
- Spend time with users. Watch how they use the product.
- Take a stand on what to build and what to drop. Compliance kills a fair number of ideas here, so you'll be making that case to the CPO often.
- Work closely with engineering, design and analytics every day.

Who should apply:

- 6+ years in Product. At least 2 years on a B2C product where you can explain the funnel.
- Your resume has numbers. Conversion, retention,



revenue - whatever you moved.
- You can name something you decided not to build, and say why.
- You trade in Indian markets yourself. F&O;, options, intra-day equity, or active crypto. We want someone who already uses these products, not someone reading about them.
- You pull your own data. SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA - something.
- AI tools in your daily work. Tell us what you use them for.
- You speak Hindi comfortably. You will talk to users in Hindi every week.
- Reliable work history. Multiple short stints are not preferred.

Bonus:

- Experience in stockbroking, wealth, or markets. Strong broking experience can relax the years-of-experience bar.
- An AI side project with a live link.
