About the Role

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager – KYB and Risk to architect and deliver the next generation of KYB ,risk and credit infrastructure for our worldwide customer base. You will directly own the risk charter and help de-risk the business for our global workforce across 120+ countries .

You’ll shape product strategy, build strong partnerships with credit,kyb and AML partners , and work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to launch market-leading solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Design & build best-in-class credit, KYB ,



Risk and AML infrastructure , ensuring scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy, requirements, and roadmap to launch and scale
- Launch the next generation of risk products for our global workforce
- Forge strategic partnerships with credit risk , AML and KYB providers to expand coverage and improve economics
- Work closely with engineering to build secure, high-performing risk systems integrated with multiple partners
- Partner with compliance, risk, and finance teams to ensure adherence to local and global regulations
- Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech, payments, and AML to inform product strategy

What We’re Looking For

- 8+ years in product management, with at least 5+ years in risk, anti money laundering, KYB
- Proven experience in building AML,Risk or KYB systems
- Strong partnership experience with AML,Risk or KYB systems
- Experience owning and delivering measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of payment flows, KYB,credit ,risk and anti money laundering flows
- Track record of 0–1 product launches and scaling products globally
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at the executive level
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-growth environment with distributed teams
