About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Technical Program Manager) to lead the execution of complex software programs powering our next-generation robotics platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from hands-on software engineering into technical leadership and has significant experience delivering hardware-integrated software products. You will work closely with engineering leadership to translate product vision into scalable software architecture and successful product releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of software development across multiple engineering teams.
- Drive software architecture and system design for robotics and hardware-integrated products.
- Own software delivery, release planning, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Coordinate closely with software, hardware, and product teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Guide architecture evolution toward modular, scalable, and hardware-independent platforms.
- Review software architecture and codebases to recommend technical improvements.
- Introduce AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity.
- Mentor engineering managers and foster high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Translate evolving product requirements into executable technical roadmaps and sprint plans.





Must-Have Qualifications

- 6–8 years of experience in software product/program management or technical leadership.
- 3–5 years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong experience building and delivering hardware-integrated software products.
- Background in C/C with Hardware or MERN with Hardware environments.
- Ability to understand software architecture, review code, and make technical design decisions without being an active developer.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, software architecture, APIs, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced product environments.

Candidates with experience in any of the following domains will be highly preferred:

- Defence
- Autonomous Systems
- Robotics
- IoT
- Telecom
- Electric Vehicles (EV)
- Product or Deep-Tech Startups

We Are NOT Looking For

- Candidates from a pure IT services background.
- Product Managers with only SaaS or web application experience.
- Candidates without hardware product or system integration experience.
- Candidates with little or no people management experience.
- Candidates who rely heavily on rigid project management processes instead of execution.
