About the role Credila’s Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a robust customer-centric approach to lead the development and optimisation of our digital lending platform. This mid-level position is ideal for a technology-savvy Product Manager who has proven expertise in building B2C products. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical skills (such as API integrations and system architecture) alongside a passion for designing solutions that prioritise the needs and experiences of external customers.

Additionally, this role requires the ability to effectively balance and manage the expectations of internal business teams, ensuring seamless alignment between customer-facing initiatives and organizational objectives. The successful candidate will drive enhancements to our Lending stack, elevate customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth by delivering impactful, user-focused digital solutions Broad roles and responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and technical roadmap for lending technology solutions. Priorities features and enhancements based on business objectives, market trends in fintech/lending, and stakeholder feedback, especially focusing on digital lending innovations

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, credit risk, operations, and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Ensure alignment across teams and successful, on-time delivery of product features

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external technology vendors and solution partners involved in lending system development or services. Ensure vendors meet delivery timelines, quality standards,



and compliance requirements while integrating their solutions with our platform

User Feedback & Iteration: Engage with users (both internal stakeholders and customers) to gather feedback on product performance. Use insights and lending market research to drive continuous improvements, user experience enhancements, and innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Collaborate with QA and compliance teams to ensure new lending product features meet regulatory standards (e.g. RBI guidelines) and maintain high performance, security, and reliability. Monitor product KPIs and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure a robust, compliant platform Required Skill:

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of building and scaling partner portals or similar B2B/B2B2C platforms, with familiarity in designing solutions for external business clients.

Experience with digital platforms that enable seamless onboarding, integration, and collaboration for partner organizations is highly valued. Prior knowledge of lending products or processes is a plus

Technical Skills: Strong grasp of software development and system integration principles. Demonstrated experience in API design/integration, working with databases and digital business platforms, and managing end-to-end technical projects.



Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions and deliver scalable, high-performance product implementations for partner-facing environment

Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Track record of working cross-functionally and coordinating between business, technical teams, and external partners/vendors. Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset for making product decisions that drive external business engagemen

Adaptability: Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced fintech environment. Up to date on digital business platform trends and emerging technologies, with a passion for innovating solutions that empower external partners and drive business growth Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from a leading engineering institute in India (such as IIT, NIT, BITS) is required. An MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM or equivalent) is highly desirable

6–10 years of product management experience in the Fintech sector, with a focus on high-impact roles at B2C companies

Demonstrated success in building and scaling customer-facing products for large consumer bases in the digital financial services indust

Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive product strategy and deliver measurable business outcom

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences and collaborating across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
