Role description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product areas across Customer and Shared Services. This role will be responsible for defining product priorities, driving roadmap execution, and partnering with cross-functional teams to build customer-facing experiences and scalable shared capabilities. The role requires a strong product manager who can work through ambiguity, understand customer and business needs, and translate them into clear product outcomes.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own one or more product charters across customer journeys, digital experiences, engagement, and shared services/platform capabilities. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Business, and global product teams to define problems, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable impact. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong execution discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence without authority across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned Customer and Shared Services charters.
- Translate customer needs, business goals, and operational inputs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Operations, and global stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
- Define success metrics, track progress, and use data/insights to inform product decisions.
- Lead discovery, problem definition, prioritization, and delivery planning for key initiatives.
- Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder expectations across teams.
- Build scalable and reusable capabilities that support multiple customer and business use cases.
- Drive regular communication through roadmap reviews, status updates, and leadership summaries.




- Ensure product delivery is aligned with customer experience, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of product management experience across digital products, customer experiences, platforms, shared services, or enterprise products.
- Proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver measurable business/customer impact.
- Robust understanding of customer journeys, digital experiences, platform capabilities, or shared service ecosystems.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Operations teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail, commerce, loyalty, customer engagement, digital platforms, or enterprise/shared services.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution is preferred.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with agile product development, OKRs, product analytics, experimentation, and design-led product development.
