Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions proactively. ‍ 3 to 5 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies (startup or fintech experience is a major bonus).

Expert-level understanding of design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.

Strong collaborative skills to work alongside cross-functional teams.

Brownie points for a tech mindset, cross-platform design experience, knowledge of AI tools like Midjourney, and mastery of micro-interactions (Principle, AfterEffects, ProtoPie). ‍
