Senior Product Designer (Product Design) Experience: 4–6 Years

Work Mode: Onsite and Work from Home (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take ownership of product features from discovery through launch. You should be comfortable working with Product Managers and Engineers to solve user problems and create simple, intuitive product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design of product features from discovery to delivery.

Work with Product Managers to understand user needs and business requirements.

Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis when required.

Build and maintain design systems and reusable components.

Work closely with Engineering during implementation.

Present design decisions and incorporate feedback.

Requirements





4–6 years of Product Design experience.

Experience working in a product-based company.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.

Good understanding of product thinking, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience designing SaaS, B2B, or B2C products.

Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.

Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Robust understanding of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and usability principles.

Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Preferred

Experience with product discovery and user research.

Experience building design systems.

Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.
