About the Role:

As an OPEX Senior Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving Operational Excellence initiatives through strong program execution, reporting and stakeholder engagement.



You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, track progress, and provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement. The role includes contributing to the development of tools, templates and reporting frameworks, while supporting training, coaching, and enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives.

You will act as a key enabler of OPEX programs by ensuring robust governance, explicit communication, and adherence to standards, while proactively identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhancement. Additionally, you will strengthen the OPEX ecosystem by driving internal improvements, building capability, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
